1. Who We Are
Nomad Moodle Initiatives Private Limited ("Nomad", "we", "us") operates freenomad.net and provides technology services including dedicated Moodle and BigBlueButton hosting, interactive literature and visual novel publishing, AI-powered internet radio (AudioUnites), AI-assisted language learning, and interactive content authoring.
2. What We Collect
- Account Data: name, email address, organisation, selected service plan, and billing preferences.
- Billing Data: transaction records and receipts from authorised payment processors (Razorpay / Cashfree). Full card and bank details are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
- Service & Hosting Data: content uploaded to hosted Moodle and BigBlueButton instances; broadcast media, listener statistics, and station configuration for AudioUnites; and manuscripts/content submitted for publishing.
- Technical & Security Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs for operational security, rate limiting, and debugging.
- AI Feature Data: prompts/scripts submitted, synthesised audio, and selected language/voice models. Biometric voice-cloning data is NOT collected or processed.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provision, host, and maintain the services you purchase.
- To process billing, upgrades, top-ups, renewals, and refunds.
- To send transactional communications (credentials, renewal notices, maintenance advisories).
- To operate AI-assisted features (script drafting, text-to-speech, scheduling) where applicable.
- To comply with applicable statutory obligations and enforce service security.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- Active account and service data are maintained throughout the active service period.
- Upon cancellation, non-renewal, or expiry, account and service assets are retained in archive for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
- AI-generated temporary assets follow the same 90-day schedule and are removed immediately upon user deletion requests.
- You may request erasure of your personal data at any time via support@freenomad.net.
5. AI-Generated Content & Controls
- AI features use third-party infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud) for synthesis and drafting.
- AI-synthesised audio broadcast via AudioUnites is disclosed and watermarked for provenance.
- Clients retain complete editorial authority; all AI-drafted material must be reviewed and approved before publication or broadcast.
- Automated tools may not be used to impersonate, clone, or imitate third parties without authorisation.
6. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, update, and request erasure of your personal data, and to seek grievance redressal.
